Enjoy a four week Goddess Temple Dance workshop, on zoom, from the comfort of your own home. Learn graceful feminine dances, embodying different aspects of the goddess architypes within.

You will learn expressive theatrical dance movements, how to isolate different parts of the body, mesmerizing hip work and seductive floor work.

With tutor Flavella L’Amour.

Flavella has danced for many years and studied dance at the Center for the Performing Arts in South Australia and Northern Rivers Conservatorium in Lismore. From contemporary dance & classical ballet, to world dance including many years of belly dance and tribal fusion belly dance. I have been performing and creating my own shows for 14 years, I love dancing and creating dance is my favorite part . I would love to share the art of dance with you, so come along and enjoy Goddess Temple Dance .

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga as exercise created by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century.

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. The individual poses (asanas) are linked by flowing movements (vinyasas).

Incorporating yoga into your routine can help enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.

Welcome to a fun, feminine burlesque workshop at home

with Flavella L’Amour, Miss Burlesque SA 2010

In this 4 week workshop you will learn a vintage burlesque choreography and classic burlesque chair dance routine as well as the art of sensually removing your stockings and gloves .

We will begin with a vintage inspired burlesque warm up, followed by stretch & strengthening floor work, so that you can execute your burlesque to the best of your ability.

Please ware stockings , a suspender belt, shorts or skirt for your comfort and high heel shoes.
